In 1985 Lisa Long Design started out as a one-person shop based in LA,
with a variety of clients – from small and wacky to large and very corporate. My company grew larger, with a busy staff of freelance designers, writers, photographers and production artists. Many evolutions later, I'm now based in Northern California and still offering a full range of graphic design services.

My design philosophy is that excellent design is based on excellent
communication. I start with a clear understanding of my client's needs and
translate it into clean, functional design — giving as much attention to detail whether designing a start-up comany's first logo or a complete corporate re-branding project with web presence.
